The Vala’s Whispers

In a world where nature and magic intertwine according to the will of the ancient Norse gods, everyone must do their part. It is hunting season, so Hans and the rest of the hunters have set out in search of food and supplies for the village. Raila, a pregnant Viking woman, must guide her small herd of cows through the forest to reach the small meadow where they can graze. In doing so, she must, of course, be wary of the potential dangers of the forest, as well as the ancient omens of perilous legends.
